Intode ("we", "our", "the app") is a mobile SSH IDE that connects to your own servers. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive:

• Email address — used to identify your account
• Display name — shown in your profile

We do not receive or store your Google/Apple password.

2.2 Purchase Information

If you subscribe to Intode Pro, purchase transactions are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We receive subscription status (active/expired) but do not store payment details (credit card numbers, billing address).

2.3 SSH Connection Data

Your SSH connection details (hostname, port, username, password) are stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to our servers. SSH passwords are stored using the platform's secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain).

2.4 Data We Do NOT Collect

• Server file contents or terminal commands
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Contacts, photos, or other personal data
• Analytics or usage tracking data

3. How We Use Your Data

• Account identification and subscription management
• Restoring purchases across devices
• Customer support when you contact us

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only exceptions are:

• Google/Apple — for authentication and payment processing
• Legal requirements — if required by law

5. Data Storage and Security

Account data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. SSH credentials never leave your device. All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by:

• In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Email: support@mintcinc.com

Upon deletion, your email, name, and subscription data are permanently removed. Local SSH credentials are stored only on your device and are not affected by account deletion.

8. Children's Privacy

Intode is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
