1. Acceptance
By using Intode ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Intode is a mobile SSH IDE that allows you to connect to remote servers via SSH, browse files via SFTP, view code with syntax highlighting, and preview Markdown documents. The app connects directly to servers you specify — we do not provide or host any servers.
3. Account
To use subscription features, you must sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity under it.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Intode offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or Apple App Store.
- You can cancel anytime through your platform's subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple according to their policies.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The servers you connect to and the commands you execute
- Keeping your SSH credentials secure
- Complying with the terms of service of any server you access
- Not using the app for illegal activities
6. Intellectual Property
The Intode core library is open source under the MIT License. The Intode Pro features and the compiled app are proprietary. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Pro components.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. SSH connections depend on your network and server availability, which are outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. This includes but is not limited to data loss, server downtime, or security breaches on your servers.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
